This is a fresh Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 filed by the petitioner to seek directions for the learned Mahila Court, West District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi for expeditious disposal of the interim application seeking maintenance for the petitioner in case bearing MC 550/2021 titled 'Neha @ Rhea Hiranandani vs. Amit Hiranandani & Ors.'. 4.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had preferred a complaint under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 before the learned Trial The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Court on 15.09.2021. After taking cognizance of the complaint, the notice was issued to the respondent. Pursuant to the notice issued, the respondent had put in appearance before the learned Trial Court. She further submits that along with the complaint, the petitioner had also preferred an application seeking interim maintenance pending disposal of the petition, however, the same is being adjourned from time to time. She has moved a number of early hearing applications despite that till date the interim maintenance/ ad interim maintenance has not been fixed for survival of the petitioner.

She further submits that the matter is listed before the learned Trial Court on 13.08.2025 and the learned Trial Court be directed to dispose of the application in a time bound manner. 6.
In view of the foregoing, the learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the application seeking interim maintenance which is stated to be pending since 15.09.2021 expeditiously, preferably, the arguments on the same be heard on the next date fixed before the learned Trial Court i.e., 13.08.2025.

With the above directions, the petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
