Criminal Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Badal Gutpa for modification of the condition imposed by the learned ACJM, Delhi, in Order dated 24.05.2025 while allowing the Travel Application of the Petitioner. 4.
It is submitted that one of the condition is imposed that an FDR of Rs.2 Crores aside from the surety of the same amount, be furnished. It is submitted that the Petitioner is a man of small means and there is no way he can comply with the condition. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they would furnish the surety of the father, who owns property and the property documents shall be placed on record as surety.

Considering the submissions made, the Order dated 24.05.2025 is modified and the personal amount is reduced to FDR of Rs.20 Lakhs along with the Surety of the father along with the property documents. 7.
The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
