% 19.02.2020 Present writ of habeas corpus has been filed by the petitionerwidowed mother seeking production of her son-Mr.Praveen Kumar, who had been missing since 18th July, 2019.

In the present petition, it has been averred that Mr.Praveen Kumar had been residing with respondent no.5-Ms.Reena in a live-in relationship for the last 21⁄2 years.

On the directions of this Court, the investigation was transferred to the Crime Branch. Polygraph Test of Ms.Reena has also been carried out. Six status reports have been filed in the present petition and the latest status report dated 17th February, 2020 has been

filed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch. Though the missing person has not been found, yet all the leads pointed out by the petitioner have been investigated. Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present criminal writ petition is closed with a direction to the Delhi Police to file a status report before the concerned Trial Court at least once a month with an advance copy to the counsel for the petitioner.
