Exemption is granted, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. CRL.M.A. 37567/2025 (to take amended memo of parties on record and issue necessary directions to the Trial Court for closing the FIR) 3.

The above-captioned petition was disposed of on 23rd July, 2025, whereby FIR No. 65/2015, registered at P.S. Sangam Vihar for the offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, was quashed. 4.

By way of the present application, the Petitioners seek that the amended memo of parties be taken on record. It is stated that the name of Petitioner No. 5, namely Dayawati, was erroneously mentioned by the complainant in the underlying complaint as <Pooja=. Owing to the said discrepancy, the Trial Court was not inclined to close the FIR proceedings The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. qua Petitioner No. 5, as is evident from the order dated 19th September, 2025.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the amended memo of parties, reflecting the name of Petitioner No. 5 as Dayawati alias Pooja, is taken on record.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 7.

Copy of the order be communicated to the concerned Trial Court for necessary information and compliance.
