Exemption is granted, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. CRL.M.A. 37567/2025 (to take amended memo of parties on record and issue necessary directions to the Trial Court for closing the FIR) 3.

The above-captioned petition was disposed of on 23rd July, 2025, whereby FIR No. 65/2015, registered at P.S. Sangam Vihar for the offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, was quashed. 4.

By way of the present application, the Petitioners seek that the amended memo of parties be taken on record. It is stated that the name of Petitioner No. 5, namely Dayawati, was erroneously mentioned by the complainant in the underlying complaint as <Pooja=.
