% 22.02.2017 Crl.M.A. No. 3189/2017 This application has been moved by the petitioner in the writ petition which was disposed of on 28.01.2016. On the said date, it was stated on behalf of the State that the FIR in relation to the incident dated 12.06.2008 would be registered within a week. The FIR came to be registered on 03.02.2016. The petitioner has now moved this application in view of the fact that till date no final report has been filed. Mr. Mahajan, who appears on advance notice states, on instructions from the I.O., that the final report shall be filed within six weeks. Let the

status report be filed disclosing the investigation done thus far, before the next date.
