The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, since the trial is yet to conclude. He also draws this Court's attention to an order dated 30.05.2024 vide which the learned Trial Court was directed to conclude the matter within a period of six months. He however, states that the trial has not concluded yet. 2.

In these circumstances, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the final arguments and judgment within a period of three months from date under intimation to this Court.

With these directions, the present bail application stands disposed of. 4.
