This is an application filed by the plaintiff seeking impleadment
of Shri Rajiv Sehgal as defendant no.3. Shri Rajiv Sehagal present in Court and identified by Mr.Maitri, states that he has no objection if he is impleaded in the proceedings as defendant no.3. 2.
Noting the said submission, Shri Rajiv Sehagal is impleaded as defendant no.3. The amended memo of parties is taken on record. Application stands disposed of.

This is an application filed by the plaintiff and accompanied by the affidavits of Preeti Sehgal, Renu Sehgal and Rajiv Sehgal with the following prayer:
"It is most humbly and respectfully prayed that the compromise/settlement agreement dated 25.09.2019 may kindly be taken on record and the matter may kindly be disposed off as compromised/settled in terms of the settlement agreement dated 25.09.2019.
It is prayed accordingly."

I note that the parties were relegated to the Mediation process vide order dated 25th July, 2019. The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has filed settlement agreement dated 25th September, 2019, running into ten pages.

Learned counsels for the parties / parties state that the settlement agreement dated 25th September, 2019, be taken on record and they also state that the parties shall abide by the terms of the settlement agreement.

Noting the submission made, the settlement agreement dated 25th September, 2019 is taken on record and is exhibited as Exh. "A-1".

The statements of the counsels and the parties, who are present in Court today, are taken on record.

I note that the photocopy of the settlement agreement dated 25th September, 2019 consisting of 10 pages has also been placed on record in the file of CS(OS) 587/2011.

Learned counsels for the parties states that both the suits be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
