The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed by the Petitioners for quashing FIR No.48/2020, registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing (EOW) for offences punishable under Sections 406/420/120B/34 IPC.

Learned APP appearing for the State submits that the Parties have entered into a settlement and the offences have already been compounded, thereby rendering the present petition infructuous. 3.
