Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already moved an application for the grant of regular bail, hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The date earlier fixed, i.e., 1.10.2019, is cancelled.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petition.
