Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has handed over letter dated 17.06.2022 issued by Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Department of Personnel and Training in Court, whereby the petitioner has been retired from his services. 2.

Counsel submits that the petitioner has challenged transfer order, however, pursuant to the aforementioned communication dated 17.06.2022, the petitioner has already compulsorily retired on completion of 50 years of age w.e.f. 17.07.2022.
