Mr. Ankit Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that, although the parties have entered into a compromise deed, the terms of the compromise, as explained by him, have not been reflected in the deed. 2.

At his request, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, to enable the parties to approach the Court again after entering into an agreement which reflects their understanding.

If the parties wish to have the assistance of a mediator, they may approach Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Shershah Road, New Delhi - 110503.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the aforesaid.
