The present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as "Cr.P.C., 1973") has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking to quash the FIR No. 0056/2023 registered under Sections 419/420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as "IPC, 1860") at Police Station Cyber Police Station Outer, Delhi. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the submission made, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
