% 08.02.2016 This is a petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India moved by the petitioner seeking direction to respondents to transfer the investigation of the FIR No. 570/2015 under Section 376/506/498A/354B/342/354/34 IPC & 8 of Pocso Act registered at Police Station Sagarpur to Crime Branch or to some independent agency. On advance notice, Mr. Rajesh Mahajan, learned ASC appears on behalf of all the respondents and submits that the investigation of the case is already complete and charge sheet has been filed on 06.02.2016. That being so, the petition has become infructuous and is accdordingly dismissed.
