Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi Bench and disposed on or before its next date of hearing. b. Pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of justice and equity. 2.

Admittedly, the Petitioner has taken adjournments before the Tribunal on five occasions in the year 2024/2025.
