(ii) Pass any such directions or order that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the above-mentioned case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner/tenant seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as possession of the premises has been taken over through bailiff in the execution proceedings by the respondent/landlord.
