CRL.REV.P. 910/2019 Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks setting aside the order dated 15.04.2019 and 30.05.2019 in which the disposal of the application under Section 127 Cr.P.C was deferred till conducting the examination of the petitioner and respondent.

Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and submissions of the learned counsel for petitioner, I hereby direct the trial Court to examine the petitioner and respondent within three months from the next date of hearing and within two weeks thereafter, application under

Section 127 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner shall be decided. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
