For the grounds and reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed and the main petitions are taken up for hearing today itself, with the consent of counsel for the parties.

The present petitions challenge the order on charge dated 25th March, 2019 as well as the order dated 27th May, 2019, framing charge against the Petitioners. However, during the pendency of the present petitions, the trial in the impugned proceedings continued, and has now reached the stage of final arguments.

In light of the foregoing, counsel for the Petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to urge all the grounds raised in the present petitions before the Trial Court at the stage of final arguments. 8.

Accordingly, as prayed, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioners to raise all the grounds urged in the present petitions and all other grounds available in law before the Trial Court at the stage of final arguments.
