The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: "(i) Pass writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus or any other writ directing the Respondent Authority to restore the allotment of Plot bearing No. Y-13/1 Naraina Vihar, New Delhi in favour of the Petitioner;

(ii) Pass writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus or any other writ directing the Respondent Authority to process the application of the Petitioner for mutation and conversion of the said plot bearing No. Y -1311 Naraina Vihar, New Delhi to free hold in favour of the Petitioner." 4.

any further, in case direction may be given to the respondent/DDA to consider and dispose of the representation dated 23.09.2024 made by the petitioners to the respondent/DDA.

In view of the limited prayer sought by Mr. Kalra, present writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent/DDA to consider and dispose of the representation of petitioners dated 23.09.2024 by a speaking order.

The order so passed by respondent/DDA shall be communicated to petitioners, as well as, to their counsel within a period of eight weeks, after affording personal hearing to the petitioners. 7.

It is clarified that no opinion has been expressed on merits of the case. Petitioners are at liberty to approach the court in case the representation is decided against them.
