The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to file the present application afresh after remaining public witnesses are examined.

He, however, requests for expeditious examination of the remaining public witnesses.

He submits that the cross-examination of the other public witnesses was delayed for four years because they were not appearing before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh after examination of the public witnesses which remain to be examined.
