The instant application is filed under section 151 CPC wherein it is stated that the petitioner and the respondent have amicably settled their disputes vide Settlement Deed dated 11.09.2024 and out the settlement, the petitioners have already handed over the vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent/landlord.

The respondent/landlord who is present in person, also affirmed that he has already taken over the possession of the tenanted premises. 3.

The counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the LR no.2 of the petitioner/Harjot Kaur who is present in person, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition along with pending applications. Accordingly, the present application is allowed and the present petition along with pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised on the terms and conditions as mentioned in the Settlement Deed dated 11.09.2024.
