The petitioner has filed the present writ petitioner praying for grant of parole for a period of one month to enable her to attend personal hearing before Addl. Director (Administration), Haryana regarding her pension dues as well as to maintain social ties.

Nominal roll of the petitioner has been received as per which she has availed thirty days parole w.e.f. 11.08.2015 which was extended till 30.09.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the copy of the communication dated 23.11.2015 by Addl. Director Admn.-II, Office of Director Secondary Education, Haryana Panchkula addressed to forty persons, wherein name of the petitioner is mentioned at Serial No.11, stating them to appear before W/ACSSE for personal hearing
alongwith relevant record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parole may be granted to the petitioner to enable her to appear before Addl. Director (Administration), Haryana regarding her pension dues. 4.
In the given circumstances, though a minimum period of six months has not elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough but considering the purpose for which the petitioner is seeking parole i.e. to appear before Addl. Director (Administration), Haryana for personal hearing with respect to her pension dues, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed to the extent that she is granted one week parole from the date of her release, on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent and subject to the condition that at the time of furnishing the bail bond, she shall inform the concerned Jail Superintendent her place of residence during the period of parole and her contact numbers i.e. mobile, landline or both.

It is, however, made clear that on expiry of the parole period, the Petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent, who shall submit the surrender report to this Court. 6.
Writ Petition stands allowed in the above terms. 7.
The Petitioner be informed through the Jail Superintendent about the order passed.
