By the present petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 31.01.2025 (hereafter 'impugned order'), passed by the learned Trial Court, in CC No. 4526-2022.

The learned counsel for respondent, at the outset, submits that he has instructions to state that the complainant would be satisfied if only the data in regard to Tender Notice No. 12/202122 of installation of Electric UV Water Purifiers at various locations, is summoned from the concerned official of Women and Child Development Department, Bays No. 15-20, Sector-4, Panchkula, Haryana - 134112.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no objection to the same.

In view of the above, without going into the other issues as raised by the parties, the impugned order is modified to the extent that the concerned official of Women and Child Development Department, Bays No. 15-20, Sector-4, Panchkula, Haryana - The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
