This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 02.09.2019, inter alia, praying that the said order be modified to direct release of the petitioner for a period of two weeks from the date of his release.

This Court does not consider it apposite to modify the order, since the petitioner was granted parole for a period of two weeks from 02.09.2018 on the ground that his mother was to undergo a surgery on 03.09.2019. It is noticed that the petitioner had been granted parole in the month of August, 2019 which he had fully availed on the ground of his mother's surgery. 3.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
