Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have challenged the judgment dated 11th April, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) 860/2023, in the Supreme Court.

She submits that by order dated 26 September, 2023 in SLP (Civil) Dairy No. 35619/2023, the operation of the aforesaid judgment has been stayed.

In view of the aforesaid, no orders can be passed by this Court in the present contempt proceedings for the time being.
