The present petition is filed seeking expeditious disposal in Criminal Case No. 2035231/2016 arising out of FIR No. 106/2013, pending before the learned Trial Court. 2.
The FIR was registered way back on 26.02.2013 and the chargesheet was also filed in December, 2013. 3.
The petitioner had filed an application seeking discharge and it is pointed out that the arguments on charge have still not taken place, pending the FSL report.

Undoubtedly, there has been considerable delay and the petitioner who is stated to be 78 years old has been subjected to the prolonged trial which is yet to begin.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite hearing The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. arguments on charge and pass an order preferably within a period of six months.
