The present petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a) Issue an appropriate order, direction or Writ (e.g. , of Mandamus) directing the concerned Trial Court of Ms. Surbhi, Ld. JMFC (Mahila Court), Dwarka Courts, District South-West Delhi, New Delhi, in case MC No. 656/2013 (New No. 462/2016) - to expeditiously conclude the pending proceedings within a fixed time frame as determined by this Hon'ble Court (for instance, within 2 months from the date of order); b) Pass any further order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice."
