The present petition has been listed before this Court upon the receipt of an Office Note pointing out that vide order passed by the Apex Court on 20.01.2025 in Transfer Petition (Civil) No.948/2020, it has been directed that the present writ petition be treated as disposed of in terms of the orders passed by the Apex Court in W.P.(C) 230/2020 and W.P.(C) 579/2024. 2.

In light of the aforesaid, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present writ petition, which accordingly, alongwith the pending applications, stands disposed of in terms of the directions issued by the Apex Court in the aforesaid order dated 20.01.2025. 3.
