At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner admits that due to some oversight and inadvertence, an appeal has been filed and rather, a Revision Petition would be maintainable against order dated 19.12.2024 passed by the learned Executing Court.

He submits that, since there is grave urgency in the present matter, the present petition may be directed to be re-registered as a Revision Petition and be placed before learned Roster Bench.

In view of the abovesaid statement made by learned counsel for petitioner, the Registry is directed to register the abovesaid petition afresh as a Civil Revision Petition and, subject to the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, list the matter before learned Roster Bench on 30.05.2025.
