The present bail application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS)) has been filed, on behalf of the petitioner, seeking grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 540/2022 dated 30.09.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 394/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) registered at Police Station Prashant Vihar. 2.
