Application is disposed of.

CRL.M.C. 4344/2019 Vide the present petition, petitioners seek directions thereby quashing the FIR No.524/2014, registered at PS - Jamia Nagar for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/406 IPC.

The present petition has been filed on the ground that the matter has been settled between the parties and the respondent No. 2/ complainant does not want to pursue her case against the petitioners.

Respondent No. 2 is present in Court with learned counsel - Ms. Chand Chopra, Advocate. ASI C.P. Singh, PS - Jamia Nagar has identified the respondent No. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that the matter has been settled and the settlement amount has already been received. Therefore, respondent No. 2 does not want to pursue the case further against the petitioners.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, I hereby quash the FIR No.524/2014, registered at PS - Jamia Nagar for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/406 IPC and emanating proceedings thereto.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
