The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking the following reliefs: "(a) To Direct the S.H.O. of P.S. Kotwali through D.C.P. Of North District to expedite the complaint of the Petitioner given against the Accused persons..
(b) To Direct the S.H.O. of P.S. Kotwali through D.C.P. Of North District to provide Police protection to the petitioner in the interest of justice."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is pressing only prayer (b) before this Court and seeks permission The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that in due course of the day he shall furnish the contact number of the SHO, Police Station, Kotwali and the Beat Constable to the petitioner, so that in case of any emergency, the petitioner can contact the SHO/ Beat Constable.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that, he is satisfied with the mobile numbers being provided to him and that nothing more survives in the present petition. 5.
Upon furnishing the mobile numbers, the petitioner can call the SHO/Beat Constable, in case of any emergency. 6.
In view of the above, as the mobile numbers of the SHO concerned and the Beat Constable have been provided to the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of.
