This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking quashing/setting aside the impugned order dated 07.03.2025, passed by learned JMFC-NI Act-01 in CC No. 517994/2016 titled "Jaspal Chopra Vs. Sidhant Polyplast Ltd. & Ors." qua petitioners. 2.

After part submissions, Sh. Chander Shekhar Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition, seeking liberty to file fresh petition, challenging the cognizance and summoning order qua petitioners.
