% 31.10.2018 Learned counsel for the judgement debtor submits that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Division Bench and in terms of the said settlement, the judgement debtor shall pay the settled amount by December, 2018.

This petition is disposed of in view of the settlement between the parties with liberty to the decree holder to revive the same in the event of any default by the judgement debtor.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
