This is a petition under Section 482 Cr. PC read with 528 BNSS filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 21/2008, under Section 387/506 IPC, PS New Ashok Nagar and the consequential proceedings pending before the court of learned CJM, East, Karkardooma. 2.
Mr. S.K. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this is a very old matter of the year 2008, but till date, even charges are yet not settled.
