CRL.M.C. 4338/2019 Vide the present petition, petitioners seek directions thereby quashing the FIR No. 231/2015, registered at Police Station - Dabri, New Delhi for the offence under Section 23 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

The present petition has been filed on the ground that the matter has been settled between the parties and the respondent No. 2/complainant does not want to pursue his case further against the petitioners.

Respondent No. 2 is present in Court with learned counsel - Mr. Jai Kumar, Advocate. ASI Mahavir Singh, PS - Vikas Puri has identified the respondent No. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that the matter has been settled and the settlement amount has already been received. Therefore, respondent No. 2 does not want to pursue the case further against the petitioners.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, I hereby quash the FIR No. 231/2015, registered Police Station - Dabri, New Delhi for the offence under Section 23 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, and emanating proceedings thereto. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
