The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking - (i) Quashing of order dated 07th March, 2025 passed under Section 29(2)(e) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 cancelling GST registration of the Petitioner with retrospective effect from 01st The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. July, 2017, and (ii) Directions for consideration of revocation application dated 08th April, 2025.

A brief background of the present case is that the GST registration of the Petitioner was suspended with effect from 19th December, 2024 vide Show Cause Notice dated 19th December, 2024. Subsequently the registration was retrospectively cancelled with effect from 1st July, 2017. Thereafter, the Petitioner is stated to have filed the revocation application seeking recall of the said order.

Today, it is the grievance of the Petitioner that the said revocation application is not being decided and the personal hearing has not been granted till date. Considering that the revocation application is pending, let a personal hearing be now granted to the Petitioner and the notice be served on the following email address and mobile number:

After affording Petitioner a personal hearing, the revocation application shall be decided within two months by the concerned Adjudicating Authority. 7.
