Application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for deletion of condition (e) in the Bail Order dated 17.09.2024 which was modified vide Order dated 30.09.2024. 4.

It is submitted that vide Bail Order dated 17.09.2024, this Court had imposed conditions on the Applicant to report twice a week, which was modified by the subsequent Order dated 30.09.2024 wherein the Applicant was permitted to report to the IO once a month. However, thereafter, another modification was sought of this condition which was allowed vide Order The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. dated 28.01.2025 whereby this condition was deleted on account of Applicant being in the judicial custody in another case in Gurgaon 5.

Now, the Application is filed further claiming that though the Applicant has been admitted to Bail in the said case in Gurgaon, this condition imposed vide Clause (e) may be deleted since the trial is taking place day-to-day and Applicant undertakes not to violate any other condition of Bail.

It is further submitted that he is an aged person and this condition is unduly onerous for hm.

Learned Counsel on behalf of the ED submits that he does not contest the Application.

Considering the submissions made, this condition (e) from the Bail Order dated 17.09.2024 is hereby deleted. However, it is impressed that the Applicant cannot be coming time and again seeking partial modification of the conditions of the Bail on the special ground and it is hereby observed no further Application for any modification shall be entertained. 9.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
