Petitioner has approached this Court seeking bail in the event of arrest in FIR No.205/2024, dated 18.03.2024, registered at Police Station Narela for offences under Section 20 of the NDPS Act. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no recovery has been made from the present petitioner. The recovery, if any, is from co-accused and that too is of intermediate quantity.

Notice in the present Petition was issued on 03.06.2024. Status Report has been filed.

A perusal of the Status Report reveals that all the co-accused in the present case have been granted bail and charge-sheet qua the co-accused has already been filed. dated 03.06.2024, the Petitioner has joined investigation. 5.
This Court is of the opinion that since no recovery has been made from the Petitioner herein and all other accused have been granted bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner in the event of arrest in the present FIR. In case the Petitioner is arrested, he shall be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer. The Petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the investigation and in case charges are framed, the Petitioner shall appear before the Court on every date of hearing.

With these observations, the application is disposed of. 7.
In case of violation of any of the conditions, the bail granted to the Petitioner shall be liable to be cancelled.
