O R D E R

The present bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 242/2019 under Section 381 IPC registered at Police Station Dwarka North, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the directions, the petitioner has joined investigation. She further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and alleged statement stated to be given by the petitioner was in fact recorded in the police station. 3.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail application. He however, on instructions, submits that out of alleged theft amount of Rs. 10.50 lakhs, the complainant has already received the amount of Rs.1,00,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has refuted the allegations in the FIR and submits that to show his bona fide the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with the Registrar General of this BAIL APPLN. 2174/2019

Court. Let the same be deposited with the Registrar General of this Court within a period of four weeks, which shall be kept in the form of FDR initially for a period of 90 days and thereafter on auto renewal mode. 5.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./S.H.O., subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall join the investigation as and when he is asked to do so.

(ii) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence.

(iii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./S.H.O. Police Station Dwarka North, Delhi with his mobile number and in the event of change of his residential address, shall inform the same to the I.O./S.H.O. as well as to the concerned Court.

The bail application is disposed of in the above terms alongwith pending application.
