The present application has been filed under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.0106/2022 under Section 420 IPC registered at PS Cyber Police Station Dwarka. 2.
The allegation against the present petitioner is that an amount of Rs.95,000/- was received by him in his account from the bank of the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is ready to make payment of Rs.95,000/- and he has brought a demand draft for the said amount drawn in favour of the complainant.

Officer, submits that the complainant has no objection in accepting the said amount and granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has thus, given the said demand draft of Rs.95,000/- to the Investigation Officer, who is directed to hand over the same to the complainant.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner's arrest he be released on bail subject to his furnishing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- and a Surety Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that he will join investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned. 7.
The application stands disposed of.
