CRL.M.A. 23373/2024 (seeking Ext. of Interim bail for 2 weeks by petitioner) 1.

By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks extension of interim bail for a period of two weeks, which was granted to him vide order dated 08.07.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petitioner/applicant has undergone the required surgery for removal of DJ stent at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. He further submits that the petitioner would be requiring post-care.

Learned APP, on instructions from the IO, also confirms the fact that the stent removal has taken place yesterday.

In view of the above, the interim bail of the applicant is extended for a further period of one week on the same terms and conditions contained in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary information and compliance.
