% 03.02.2017 Mr. Rajat Aneja, learned counsel for petitioners fairly states that except petitioner no. 1, all other petitioners have been paid Non Functional Scale of 5400. He only prays that the petitioner no. 1's representation dated 2nd January, 2017 which is pending consideration before learned District & Sessions Judge (HQ) be disposed of expeditiously. Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 has no objection to the same. Consequently, present contempt petition and applications are disposed of as satisfied with a direction to respondent no. 1 to decide petitioner's representation dated 2nd January, 2017 within a period of six weeks.

In the event, the petitioner no.1 is aggrieved by the decision of the respondent no. 1, he shall be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
