By way of the present application, the applicants are praying for restoration of the present revision petition i.e., CRL.REV.P. 375/2021, by recalling the order dated 20.01.2026, passed by this Court. 4.
The learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners has drawn this Court‟s attention to order dated 21.01.2026, passed by this Court wherein on the said date, the learned counsel for the petitioners was not present and therefore, the order should have been passed for dismissal of the petition for non-prosecution, instead of being dismissed as withdrawn, apparently due to a typographical mistake.

In view of the above, the paragraph no. 3 of the order dated 20.01.2026 shall now read as under:
"3. In view of the above, the present petition along with pending application stands dismissed for non-prosecution."

Now, the learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners has move the present application stating that due to some personal difficulty she could not appear on the last date when the present revision petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. Therefore, it is prayed that the present revision petition be restored to its original form and number.

In view of the above submissions, the present application is allowed and the present revision petition i.e., CRL.REV.P. 375/2021 is restored to its original number and stage.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of. CRL.REV.P. 375/2021 9.
Issue fresh notice to all the respondents through all permissible modes, including electronically, returnable on the next date of hearing. 10.
The learned APP for the State accepts notice on behalf of the State. 11.
List on 23.09.2026.
