The present application has been filed by the respondent No.1 praying inter alia for modification of order dated 10th February, 2016, whereby the main petition was disposed of with direction to the respondent No.1 to consider and decide the petitioners' representation as forwarded by the respondent No.2, in accordance with the law. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states that the aforesaid order needs to be modified to the extent that the petitioners'

representation is pending with the respondent No.2-DG, ITBP. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners', who appears on advance W.P.(C) 1030/2016

notice, submits that the present application is infructuous inasmuch as the respondent No.4 has already issued an Office Memorandum dated 25th February, 2016 declining the petitioners' request for grant of financial upgradation and in such circumstances, there is no need for modification of the order dated 10th February, 2016. He hands over a copy of the said Office Memorandum dated 25th February, 2016.

In view of aforesaid position, the present application is disposed of as infructuous.
