Crl.M.A.17123/2016 (u/S 482 Cr.P.C.) Vide order dated 1st June, 2016, FIR No.2100/2015 under Sections 448/420/34 IPC registered at police station Malviya Nagar was quashed, subject to petitioners depositing cost of `10,000/- with the "Home for Leprosy and T.B. Affected Beggars", Tahir Pur, Delhi. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that on enquiry made by him, no such account was found in the said name where money could be deposited. Accordingly, order dated 1st June, 2016 is modified to the extent that cost of `10,000/- be deposited
