Vide the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks following relief(s): "(i) That the Respondent No. 1 may kindly be directed to furnish a copy of the order of sentence dated 26.11.2021 passed against the Petitioner by the General Force Court; and (ii) This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 1/DG, ITBP to take final decision on the findings & order of sentence dated 26.11.2021 as passed against the Petitioner by General Force Court, in a time bound manner; and (iii) That the Hon'ble Court may kindly grant adequate costs to the Petitioner, and W.P.(C) 13565/2022 By:ROHIT KUMAR 17:57

(iv) Pass such other or further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may feel deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Mr. Vineet Dhanda, learned CGSC for respondents, who is appearing on advance notice, on instructions, has assured this Court that copy of order of sentence dated 26.11.2021 shall be furnished to the petitioner within four weeks from today.

In view of above, respondents are directed to supply the copy of aforementioned order of sentence dated 26.11.2021 to the petitioner within four weeks from today and the petitioner is at liberty to take steps available under Rule 168 of Indo-Tibetan Border Police Rules 1994. 4.
