It is stated in the application that two probate petitions, being Probate Petition No. 27/2019 (now re-numbered as Test Case No. 74/2024) and Probate Petition No. 28/2019 (now re-numbered as Test Case No. 73/2024), have been transferred to this Court, and are presently pending.
