CRL.M.A. 23212/2024 (seeking modification of order dated 15.07.2024) 3.

This Court, by order dated 15.07.2024, had directed the applicant to be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of ₹1,00,000/- with two sureties of the like amount. Certain other conditions were also imposed.

to arrange the two sureties of the like amount. 5.

The present application is filed seeking modification to the extent that the applicant be released on providing one surety for a sum of ₹25,000/-.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in custody since 18.04.2022 and on account of long incarceration, no person is willing to give a surety of such a high amount.

Considering the aforesaid, the present application is allowed to the extent that the applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of ₹1,00,000/- with two sureties for a sum of ₹25,000/- each, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. The other conditions as imposed by order dated 15.07.2024 shall remain the same. 8.
