Learned ASC for the State submits that the petitioner has already been granted furlough for a period of 4 weeks.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

BAIL APPLN. 2376/2019 Notice. Learned APP for the State accepts notice. Vide this order I shall dispose of an anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner in FIR No. 249/2019 u/s. 379/511 IPC, P.S. Dwarka South. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has prayed for anticipatory bail on the ground that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated. He is joining the investigation. No recovery is to be effected from the petitioner. The learned APP has opposed the bail application. She however, submits that recovery of the purse has already been effected. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and recovery of purse has already been effected, it is hereby ordered that in

the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence.

(ii) (ii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./SHO Police Station Dwarka South, Delhi with his mobile phone number and in the event of change of his residential address, shall inform the same to the I.O./SHO as well to the concerned Court.

(iii) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the National Capital Territory of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned Court.
