It appears from order dated 03.04.2025 of the predecessor bench that the learned trial court, by way of the impugned order allowed amendment application pertaining to the Written Statement when no Written Statement was on record.

Learned counsel for petitioners again emphasises today that despite there being no Written Statement, the learned trial court allowed the amendment application and took the amended Written Statement on record. 3.

Under these circumstances, taking it to be an error apparent on the face of record, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file review application before the trial court.

Accordingly, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
